Don't worry if you have a delay. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes for you to arrive. After you land, pick up your bags and head to the meeting point to meet your driver. Show them your voucher before getting in the car and heading into town. Each passenger can bring 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on. If you plan to bring oversized or excessive luggage, you may need to arrange for a larger vehicle.
